Driver Require is recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers for our client based in Brackmills, Northampton.Rate £20.17 – 23.53 per hourLocation NorthamptonType Temp to PermDriver Require is recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers for our client based in Brackmills, Northampton.You will deliver insulation products, plasterboard, ceiling systems and partitioning materials to construction sites and commercial premises, typically within a 30-mile radius. Expect approximately 2-8 deliveries per day, with occasional collections.Training will be provided to operate a Moffett truck for self-offloading.Pay Rates
- £18.00 per hour PAYE (£20.17 including holiday pay)
- Overtime after 48 hours: £21.00 per hour PAYE (up to £23.53 including holiday pay)
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
- Minimum 1 year’s HGV Class 2 driving experience.
- Maximum 6 penalty points.
- No DD, DR, IN or other major endorsements.
- Good knowledge of tachograph regulations, drivers’ hours and road traffic laws.
- Strong commitment to health and safety.
