Are you a HGV Class 2 Driver looking for your next big opportunity?Our client based in Swindon are on the hunt for passionate and hard working Class 2 Drivers to help with their Pallet deliveries operation, there will be permanent opportunities for candidates that can prove themselves to be reliable.If you’ve previously worked for Pallex or Hacklings then this could be the role for you!Why This Role?Immediate Starts: Jump behind the wheel following successful assessmentCompetitive Rate: Starting hourly rate of £14.00 per hourLocal Drops: Deliveries only to local postcodesYour Core Responsibilities:
- Multi-drop of palletized goods to different destinations
- All vehicle checks completed to ensure the vehicle is safe to use
- Driving in a safe, responsible manner on behalf of the client you are representing.
- Ensure all driver working time directives are followed at all times
- Majority of deliveries will be forklifted off by the client however, must be comfortable to support with a pump truck if required in order to deliver a good service.
Requirements:
- Previous tail lift experience required
- Hard working individual with a strong work ethic
- Minimum 1 year experience on HGV pallet deliveries
- Candidate must be able to use handheld devices/scanners
Shift Pattern:
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00AM starts
