Key Responsibilities
- Multi-drop and single-drop deliveries and collections
(including steel, office furniture, food & drink, and construction materials) * A-B vehicle movements
- General haulage and pallet network work
- Loading and unloading as required
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks
- Following all transport, compliance, and health & safety regulations
Driver Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Minimum of 1 year’s Class 2 driving experience
- Maximum of 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
- No IN, DD, DR, or CD endorsements
- Good knowledge of drivers’ hours and transport legislation
- Professional, dependable, and flexible attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Pay Rates
💷 PAYE Basic: £14.50 per hour (holiday pay accrued)
